ear wax
In the intereste of health, science, fun, and ... well ok, wierdness, a group of us got together Sunday afternoon for an ear candling-fest. We all were quite skeptical as to what the results might be, but suffice it to say that it really does work. Very well. Even if you fancy yourself a very clean person.
And yes, I think my hearing is a little improved. Kate might disagree, though.
